I've recently (today) noticed that in good old Canadia, where all the Canadans roam, Christmas is a nice quiet, chill-with-the-folks-by-the-fire-on-a-cold-winter's-eve kind of holiday, whereas in Israel, it is very much a techno-party-and-fireworks kind of holiday.
Go figure.
