1pm-1:15pm: vainly attempt to read something spiritual and meaningful. Give up when you start falling asleep.
1:15pm-3:30pm: Read something else. Be sure to hide your book whenever anyone walks past because you don't want people to think that glamorous docu-film-makers read such trash.
3:30pm: congratulations, you now have a sun burn.
